Taylor Swift: (Taylor Alison Swift) is an American singer-songwriter and influential figure in pop and country music. Known for her autobiographical lyrics and reinventions, she’s broken numerous records, including most American Music Awards, youngest Album of the year winner, and highest-grossing concert film. Swift is the only artist to hold both the top 10 and 14 spots at the same time on the Hot 100, and to be Billboard’s Year-End number-one artist in three different decades. 

• Born: (Dec 13, 1989) West Reading, Pennsylvania, on a Christmas tree farm.
• Move to Nashville: Family moved to Tennessee when she was 14 to pursue country music.
• Early signing: Signed with Big Machine Records in 2005, releasing her self-titled debut album in 2006. 
• Grammy Dominance: First artist to win Album of the Year four times (for Fearless, 1989, Folklore, Midnights).

I got the chance to interview Bella (Junior here at AHS) about her favorite artist, who I found out is not Taylor Swift. 

1. Who is your favorite artist? 

“Tori Kelly, a pop soul musician & singer – sang national anthem at sake vs. Tyson Fight”

2. Have you gone to a concert? Or would you like to go to one? 

“Yes I went to Tori Kellys concert @the gardenwalk & saw Tori Kelly.  My next concert I want to go to is Ariana Grande’s or Mariah Carey’s.”

Tuve la oportunidad de entrevistar a Bella (Estudiante de 11 grado aquí en AHS) y le hice unas preguntas sobre su artista favorita, quien no es Taylor Swift.  

1. ¿Quién es tu artista favorita? 

“Tori Kelly” es una cantante y músico de pop soul. Canta el himno nacional en la pelea de Ake vs. Tyson.”

2. ¿Has ido a un concierto? ¿O te gustaría ir?

“Sí, fui al concierto de Tori Kelly en The Gardenwalk y la vi. Mi próximo concierto es el de Ariana Grande o el de Mariah Carey.”
