Anaheim High School is full of spirit and passion due to the students’ presence. Sometimes our passion gets ahead of us and we tend to do things we regret later on. Hopefully this article can help students in their own way not make horrible choices and be safe for this upcoming homecoming.
We interviewed Mrs. Rodriguez, who attended homecoming before, and this is what she had to say,“Homecoming is about being with friends with phones off.” At a time when phone usage is at an all time high for teens, for one night we could have our phones isolated from us and be in the moment.
Now for safety. Drinking can not only get you in trouble with the school but legally could land you in pretty big trouble. Especially getting in the car with someone who is drunk or driving drunk is one of the worst choices you can make, this is a serious statement with multiple tragic accidents happening due to drunk driving. So please don’t drink and drive or get in the car with drunk drivers for your safety and theirs. Lastly, inappropriate dancing. Come on people! Have some decency with yourself and others. This could land you in trouble with the school and truthfully be looked at as a weirdo so please don’t ruin your reputation by doing inappropriate dancing when you could just hit the dab. Lets be safe so everyone at homecoming has a great time. So Anaheim, let’s hit the disco and boogie down on September 13, 2025.
La preparatoria Anaheim está llena de espíritu y pasión. A veces nuestra pasión se nos adelanta y tendemos a hacer cosas de las que luego nos arrepentimos. Con suerte este artículo puede ayudar a los estudiantes a no tomar malas decisiones y mantenerse seguros en este próximo homecoming.
Entrevistamos a Sra. Rodríguez, quien asistió al homecoming antes, esto fue lo que dijo, “Homecoming se trata de estar con los amigos sin los teléfonos.” En un tiempo donde el uso del teléfono está en su punto más alto entre los adolescentes, por una noche podríamos tener el celular apagado y guardado.
Ahora, en cuanto a la seguridad: beber no solo puede meterte en problemas con la escuela, sino que legalmente también podría traerte consecuencias bastante graves. Especialmente subirse a un carro con alguien que está ebrio o manejar bajo la influencia es una de las peores decisiones que puedes tomar. Esto es un asunto serio, con múltiples accidentes trágicos ocurriendo debido a conductores ebrios. Así que, por favor, no bebas y manejes ni te subas a un carro con alguien que esté borracho.
Por último, el baile inapropiado. Vamos gente, tengan un poco de decencia con ustedes mismos y con los demás. Esto puede meterte en problemas con la escuela y, sinceramente, hacer que los demás te vean raro. No arruines tu reputación bailando de manera inapropiada cuando podrías simplemente hacer un dab.
Seamos responsables para que todos en el homecoming estén seguros y pasen un buen rato. Así que, Anaheim, ¡vamos a encender la pista y a bailar este 13 de septiembre!
